Withdraw from a contract

Here you can withdraw from a contract concluded with us online, within the 14-day withdrawal period. A customer account is not required for this.

What happens after you submit
Once you click “Confirm withdrawal”, your declaration has reached us. The fields in the form are cleared at that point. You will then receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email to the address you entered. If no confirmation arrives within 24 hours, please contact us at info@pkwgutachter.de or by phone on +49 40 18 17 30 20.
Declare withdrawal
First and last name, as given with the order. You will find it in your order confirmation, for example #1024. We will send the acknowledgement of receipt to this address.

What does the withdrawal apply to?

The withdrawal applies to contracts you concluded with us online as a consumer. You will find the details and the statutory exceptions in our withdrawal instructions.
