Fixico operates a digital platform through which vehicle repairs are assigned to affiliated body shops and tracked through to completion. It is used by fleet operators, insurers and leasing and car rental companies. Based in Amsterdam, founded in 2014.

CARSYNC GmbH from Munich develops modular software for fleet management and is part of the Vispiron Group. The modules range from driving licence checks, occupational safety briefings and mileage logs through to claims management and lease returns. It is aimed at fleet and budget managers in companies.

Fleets International Enterprises, based in Kronberg im Taunus, is a privately owned fleet and mobility services provider for corporate fleets. Its range of services runs from vehicle procurement and contract management through invoice checking and reporting to accident and claims management.

As a digital accident concierge, fairforce.one handles road traffic accident claims and coordinates rental cars, experts, workshops and communication with the insurers. The company is part of the fairforce Group from Leipzig and has been active since 2017. Our accident report form also runs on the fairforce.one Service Star.

EUROGARANT AutoService AG from Friedberg in Hesse organises a network of certified body and paint shops. For its member businesses it bundles claims management, central purchasing of original spare parts and training through its own academy. Its clients are insurers, fleet operators, leasing companies and manufacturers.

Where we are organised, and in what capacity.

The BBM is an independent professional association for fleet and mobility management, based in Mannheim and founded in 2010. It organises the exchange of experience, further training and advocacy for fleet, mobility and HR managers. Service providers from the sector can join as supporting members – that is where we are listed.

The BVMW represents the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises to politics and the public; around 28,000 members are recorded in the German Bundestag’s lobby register. Networking runs through regional offices – for us, the Hamburg metropolitan region.

The DGuSV, based in Chemnitz, is a cross-sector professional association for experts and appraisers in the German-speaking countries. It maintains a directory of appraisers, issues expert identity cards and organises training and further education.

Who awards them and by what procedure – so that anyone can judge for themselves what a seal is worth.

Awarded under the DISQTrust brand by the Deutsches Institut für Service-Qualität in Hamburg. It is based on a survey followed by an assessment by an examining team from the institute.

A seal from diind – Deutsches Innovationsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung, together with DUP UNTERNEHMER. Digitalisation, company culture and recruiting are assessed; the procedure consists of a self-declaration and a two-stage review.

Also from diind in Hamburg. Assessment is in two stages, via a digital external check of the web presence and social monitoring; at least 60 out of 100 points are required for the award.

An award from diind for companies that demonstrate fairness, social responsibility and transparent business processes. The procedure is the same as for the institute’s other seals: a self-declaration and a two-stage review.

This diind award is aimed at business owners personally, not at the company. Transparent conduct, clear values and open communication are assessed – examined via an external check and social monitoring.

Organisations and initiatives we support.

An initiative that campaigns to protect children from violence and abuse and does awareness and prevention work to that end. We support this work.

Behind Stoppt Mobbing! stands the anti-bullying trainer Carsten Stahl with the association CAMP STAHL e. V. It offers seminars and school projects on bullying, violence and exclusion for children and young people.

Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e. V. from Hamburg campaigns for worldwide access to clean drinking water, sanitation and hygiene. The project work is financed among other things through fundraising by volunteer crews and cup deposit collections at festivals.
